Game-Changer for Anyone Serious About Fitness
“I’ve read a lot of fitness books, but this one stands out as one of the most practical, well-structured, and motivational guides I’ve come across. Unlike other books that overload you with generic advice, this one gives actual practical things you can do to get fit and stay fit. It helps with mindset and I like that the author has personal experience he draws on as well. The author’s personal transformation story is relatable and inspiring. It doesn’t just say do this and do that, but it helps with changing your mindset. The book simplifies complex topics like progressive overload, hypertrophy, and fat loss, making them easy to understand and apply to real life. Main things to expect from the book are easy-to-follow fitness principles that actually work, step-by-step workout & nutrition guidance (without the fluff), how to focus on mindset & habits to make results sustainable and it’s good for beginners & advanced lifters looking to break a plateau.”

Helpful introduction/ reintroduction to creating a fitness program
“I was just looking for something to help me get back into fitness, and found this guide very helpful. As someone who is probably at an ‘intermediate’ level of exercise knowledge, this taught me a few things I’ll be using going forward, and helped me build myself a structure to keep myself accountable. Props to the writer.”

Give it a try, very interesting read
“Wow it was interesting read, it helped me excel my program by teaching me other concepts about building muscle. Definitely, added on technical information that I had and helped me perceive other methods. A lot of the technical information is best for beginners but it has some unique information on how to write a program and how to mentally approach training that I had not considered before.”

Unique and Refreshing
“I tried a few exercise and diet tip ebooks/magazine articles before but the information in this, specifically the mental tools, was actually unique and refreshing. I tried some of them and I was surprised at how well they worked for me for the last couple of days they actually did reduce the barrier to me working out I was quite surprised. I am looking forward to seeing how long I can continue as even before working out for a whole week in a row was difficult for me. There were some slight formatting errors but nothing that made it difficult to read. The information in it is really useful.”
